Guest Occupancy
Nestldown can accommodate up to 150 guests between November and April and up to 300 guests between May and October.

Rental Time
9 Hours of rental time including your set up and clean up. This rental time can be chosen between 9:00am & 11:30pm. Dancing must conclude by 10:00pm. Two hours of rental time for set up, five and a half hours of rental time for ceremony and reception and one and a half hours of rental time for clean up and load out.

Tables and Chairs
Nestldown provides a variety of dining and cocktail tables. We also provide white wooden folding chairs for ceremony and reception.

London Taxi
Use of the 1964 London Taxi and the 6 passenger golf cart. This beautiful antique car is perfect for shuttling the bridal party around the expansive property. The golf cart is available for the transport of any guests who might be physically challenged.

NestLdown Railroad
Your guests will be delighted to enjoy a ride around our property on the Nestldown Railway! Holding up to 20 guests at a time, your family and friends will be amused and excited while the train runs during the cocktail hour.

Bridal Changing Area
The bride will be well secluded prior to the ceremony in our bridal room located just up the hill from the barn area.

Wedding Rehearsal
Nestldown welcomes you to bring the bridal party and rehearse the most important part of your wedding.... the ceremony! We offer one hour to walkthrough from processional to recessional. The rehearsal time is scheduled around other events on the property.

Caterers
Nestldown offers a caterers list to choose from. These caterers offer a variety of cuisine and pricing option to accommodate all requests. In addition to our caterers being fully licensed and insured, they are well acquainted with Nestldown and can offer valuable suggestions to making your Wedding unforgettable.

Beverages
The service of non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and hard alcohol is allowed and must be served by a licensed and insured caterer from our listing.

Tenting
While we are unable to offer the option for tenting on our large meadow, we do allow the tenting of our regulation size tennis courts. These courts are tucked away, yet central to the events area.

Children
Nestldown is a wonderland. While we love to see children enjoying the fantasy garden, trains and other wonderful areas on the property, we do require that children be supervised during your event for their safety.

Smoking
Smoking is allowed in the parking lot located just moments away from the reception area. To preserve the beauty of the property and to protect from fire danger, we ask that no smoking take place in the events areas.

Parking
Nestldown provide space for up to 100 vehicles in our main parking lot. Should your event potentially exceed our main parking lot limit, we require the scheduling of valet parking to accommodate the overflow of vehicles.

Insurance
Nestldown requires a certificate of liability insurance be presented prior to the event. This certificate will name Nestldown additionally insured and provide coverage for you, your family and the venue as well. The certificate must also include liquor liability.

Restrooms
There is one permanent restroom located in the Barn, which is the main structure of the retreat center and one to three executive portable restrooms (depending on time of year) are located outside near the Barn. Additional portable restrooms may be installed for an additional fee.

Ceremony Only
Nestldown does offer a CEREMONY ONLY option between 9:00am -1:00pm.

Cottage
The 4 bedroom cottage on site is available for up to 8 guests to stay on the property. This option is available for the bride and bridal party the night before the wedding or for the bride and groom the night of the wedding. The cottage rental is an additional fee.

Audio Visual
Nestldown does offer full A/V capabilities including stereo and microphones in the chapel, barn area and meadow. In addition, the barn includes a drop down screen for slideshows and presentations. Other A/V equipment such as projector and DVD player are an additional rental fee.
