Nestldown was a dream for our wedding! Everyone who came to the wedding still talks about how it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to, even a year later. The staff was amazing both prior to the day and day of, really making sure we had everything we needed.

One of the things that stood out to me the most was everyone prior to the wedding kept telling me that as a bride I’d never be able to even taste our food as I would be so busy, but the staff was so amazing and made sure I had every opportunity to eat and always had a drink. Which for me was super helpful as to not turn into a hangry bride during the long day.

The day of felt so effortless and would recommend to any couple that wants to feel well cared for even without a wedding planner!

We could not have imagined a more magical place to celebrate our wedding. Nestldown is extraordinarily beautiful and completely singular as a venue. We fell in love with it when we first toured, and our guests were equally captivated—nearly everyone commented on how stunning the setting was.

Chelsea and the entire Nestldown team were exceptional throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. They handled an enormous amount of behind-the-scenes coordination with calmness, warmth, and grace, making everything feel seamless. Even when we drifted slightly off schedule, we never felt stressed or rushed. The day felt effortless to us, which speaks to how much care and work the team was putting in behind the scenes.

We always felt that we were in excellent hands. Chelsea was attentive, positive, and thoughtful at every stage, and her team helped make the day feel truly perfect. It was our dream wedding at the most magical venue, and we feel incredibly grateful to have celebrated at Nestldown.

Our wedding was nothing short of a fairytale. The redwoods, the train to happy hour, the beautiful grounds with the cottage and treehouse. It was magical. What truly made it the most special however was the staff. Joann was our coordinator and I don’t think we could have made it through the day without her. Everyone was kind, funny, and dedicated to giving us the greatest day ever. If I had even a mild concern it was immediately fixed. And don’t get me started on the 15 minutes they give you just to be by yourselves after the ceremony. One of the greatest moments. It’s hard to put into words the full scope of how grateful we are to the staff at Nestldown. Our day wouldn’t have been nearly as magical without them.

A huge part of our wonderful experience was due to the incredible staff, particularly Danielle and Diana. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was always available to answer our questions and provided invaluable advice that truly enhanced our wedding day.

Nestldown is the most magical and amazing venue. Our SEM Jenny made everything so smooth and on the day of we didn’t have to think about anything once we arrived there. Our wedding was everything we could have asked for: beautiful, whimsical, and FUN! No pictures can do this place justice, you just have to go. We can’t wait to go back on our first anniversary!

Nestldown was the first site my husband and I visited on our quest to book a venue. At first, we were slightly turned off by the price, as it is expensive, but we couldn’t stop comparing every other venue to Nestldown and knew it was our dream location. Our entire experience with Nestldown was seamless. The photos of the venue do not do it justice, this place is magical. But the staff at Nestldown is what sets this place apart from the rest. They are incredibly organized, professional, and run that place like a well-oiled machine.

Our SEM, Diana, is hands down THE BEST. Thank you Diana for making our day beyond perfect, smooth, and stress free. I know that the price tag might be a little bit scary, but it is worth every single penny. I cannot stress this enough, it was worth every single dime we shelled out to have our wedding at Nestldown.

We booked the venue 20 months in advance and the entire planning process was so easy thanks to how tight of a ship Diana runs. As for day of execution, I have zero complaints and only wonderful things to say. Diana took care of absolutely everything so that as the bride, I could actually be present on our big day. Our entire wedding party felt at ease and nothing felt like a chore. I didn’t feel rushed a single moment the entire day and was able to be entirely present as Diana and her team took care of everything. There was only one hiccup the entire day (a guest brought an uninvited plus one) and the Nestldown team accommodated everything immediately without fuss or issue. I am beyond grateful for the Nestldown team for making our day absolutely perfect.

We are so thankful we chose to get married at Nestldown! Getting married in my 30s, I have been to a lot of weddings and maybe I’m biased, but our wedding is my favorite that I’ve ever been to! The redwood backdrop is seriously stunning but also, as we keep hearing from people when we told them where we were getting married, Nestldown is a “well-oiled machine.” Nestldown ensured our day pulled off without a hitch so we were able to enjoy it to the fullest!

Jo Ann was our event coordinator and is such a sweet lady to ensure we maintained our timeline, yet fit in our vibe to enjoy the moment and making sure nothing felt time-pressured. All of their vendor recommendations were wonderful from the food to the band. In comparison of price, we got married February 29 (Sat, reduced season rate) and considering that all the tables were included, we could BYOB for a small fee, Jo Ann (our Special Event Manager) was included to run the timeline, and they offer a military discount, it turned out to be pretty comparable to other places in the Bay Area! We had the best day and didn’t have to worry about any logistics. Wholeheartedly recommend!

We had our wedding in November at Nestldown, and it couldn’t have been more magical! Courtney, our coordinator, and the rest of the venue’s staff were so amazing. Everyone worked so hard to make our day flow seamlessly.

The location is so beautiful that it’s not an exaggeration to say I fell in love with it as soon as we walked out of the parking lot. I didn’t have a full vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like, but I knew I wanted it to feel magical and whimsical and I don’t know if we could’ve found a better place. The trees and gardens are gorgeous any time of the year and everywhere you look there’s some hidden treasure tucked away around a corner.

Aside from how visually stunning the grounds are, their staff and our coordinator really made it very easy for us to be able to plan everything without needing to hire a professional wedding planner. I was very overwhelmed with the idea of needing to find so many different vendors so I was really pleased to see that they had a required and recommended vendors list to choose from. It made it very easy to narrow down the search and we knew that if a vendor was on their list, it meant they had to be good so it felt like we couldn’t go wrong! A lot of the vendors on their lists have also worked tons of weddings together at Nestldown so they already knew each other and how to work well as a team.

We worked very closely with our coordinator throughout the year so when our wedding day finally arrived, we knew there wasn’t a single thing we had to worry about. Our coordinator took charge as soon as we arrived at the venue and made sure to get us from place to place on time and efficiently. Everything ran smoothly and every detail was seen to so all we had to do was enjoy ourselves and be present. The staff was also very attentive and were checking on us throughout the day to reassure us and make sure we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time and all of our guests told us what a beautiful day it was and how much fun they had. Thank you so so so much to everyone at Nestldown! We hope to come back one day as guests so we can enjoy everything from the other side!

Nestldown is truly a fairytale come to life. Not only is the property full of natural beauty and exquisite landscaping, but their team is truly top notch. We fell in love with Nestldown on our first tour and can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. The sprawling property has so many areas available for you to use on your special day. From the redwood chapel, apple knoll, koi pond, and gorgeous barn — there is no shortage of stunning photo ops and beautiful settings to celebrate in.

On top of the gorgeous venue, the entire Nestldown staff is truly exceptional and set the industry standard for event planning. We were lucky enough to work with Danielle for our wedding and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect day! I am still in awe of this wonderful venue and highly recommend Nestldown to all couples!

My now husband and I had the pleasure of a “minimony” at Nestldown a bit ago and it was everything we could have hoped for, if not more! Jo Ann was my main point of contact and was so knowledgeable and helpful, acting like a wedding coordinator, event planner and even friend during very uncertain and stressful times.

From our first in-person encounter, where we brought our kids to the tour, Jo Ann dedicated so much time to our family providing great ideas and made our kids feel so special — the grounds are like a fairytale wonderland complete with princess cottage, horses, waterfalls, ponds, open fields, and a redwood chapel that was so magnificent it needed no additional décor.

Our big little day went smoother than even this OCD girl could have planned for — between the golf carts, Samantha (another amazing staff member who went above and beyond for my family) and Jo Ann, we maximized every minute squeezing in a family-blending ceremony, first dance, cake-cutting, toast and pictures all over the pristine grounds. I truly did not want to leave and already am counting down until I can visit again. I highly recommend this amazing venue for anyone seeking a memorable, care-free day. Thank you Nestldown!

WOW! We held my daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception at Nestldown last weekend — this place was stunning, and the team led by Janet Yore was exceptional. They are exceptional planners, executors, communicators, creative and keep the trains running — also part Mom and emotional support system. There is not a better venue in the Bay Area.

Of course it takes a team of vendors to make a memorable day… all I can say is our daughter (the bride) and all of our guests were overwhelmed and all exceeded our high bar. What else could you ask for?

Last Friday, May 28, I attended my grand nephew’s wedding and wanted to give you 5 stars for the event. It was flawless and truly the most beautiful wedding I have ever attended. The attention to detail was amazing as was the location and the customer service. Truly an event and place to remember.

It was a privilege to walk the grounds and be part of such a stunning and natural location and watch the bride and groom celebrate in your glorious surroundings. I’m not sure how any other place could improve or top Nestldown!

Nestldown has been perceived as a place to have a wedding. Well of course it is, but it is much more than that — it is a fantastic place to have a company event. We had our holiday party in December on a rainy Friday night and what a spectacular experience.

The ambiance of the “Barn” felt warm, cozy, homey, and beautiful all at the same time. There is a patio in the back complete with heaters where we could grab a drink and enjoy the evening. The holiday decorations provided by the venue were perfect, sweet, glowy, and festive.

The staff couldn’t have been more attentive, going so far as to shuttle our employees from the Barn to the parking lot because of the rain. We’re considering having an afternoon event in the summer so we can experience the beauty the land has to offer during the day — Nestldown is truly a hidden gem… oh wait, maybe I shouldn’t be sharing.
