Visitation

By appointment only. We do not allow unscheduled visits, picnics, photoshoots, tours, etc.

Directions to Nestldown

We are just off Old Santa Cruz Highway, roughly midway between San Jose and Santa Cruz. Please visit our “How to Get Here” page before you drive, and share it with your guests or other attendees to limit getting lost or going down private residential roads.

Accessibility

Nestldown is a fully accessible venue. Each rental includes a 5-passenger golf cart to assist those who need help with hills or stairs due to mobility requirements.

We have ADA parking throughout the site for guests who would prefer not to use the golf cart, or for whom it is not the most comfortable option.

For tours, if needing golf cart assistance, please request 72 hours in advance to allow us to arrange for an additional team member.

Parking

We have 75 guest spaces and for this reason, along with the winding roads, we encourage the use of shuttles.

Ride Sharing

Ride share works for arrival but is a poor solution for departure. We recommend shuttling or carpooling with a designated driver.

Leaving Vehicles at Nestldown

We would always rather you leave a car than drive when you should not. Vehicles may be left overnight at no charge. Please let the site manager in the parking lot know before you go, and collect the car by 10:00 am the next day.

Shuttles

Shuttles must come from our Approved Required Vendors List.

Suggestions From Our Team

Wear comfortable shoes. Much of the site is gravel, lawn and gentle hills, so flats or low heels are your friend. Heels of three inches or more are a decision you may regret.

Dress in or bring layers of clothing. Even the hottest of days can transition to a very cold night.

Bring layers. Under the redwoods, even the hottest day turns cold after sunset.
